Version compare bug: 5.9 > 5.10

I tried to update 7tt from scoop-extras.
I had installed 5.9 and 5.9.0.9.
Although there is 5.10 available, scoop says. that 5.9.0.9 is the newest version.

scoop update 7tt
7tt: 5.9.0.9 (latest version)
Latest versions for all apps are installed! For more information try 'scoop status'

I uninstalled 7tt.

scoop uninstall 7tt
Uninstalling '7tt' (5.9.0.9).
Unlinking D:\Scoop\\apps\7tt\current
Removing older version (5.9).
'7tt' was uninstalled.

and installed it again

scoop install 7tt
Installing '7tt' (5.10) [64bit]

It seams to me, that the version string is compared as a string and not split up into parts and compared numerically.
