Provide Summary after Update

Scoop is fantastic, but quite verbose, particularly when using aria2. After running a scoop update * I routinely have to scroll back to see what failed (like the dozens of things I'm currently using).

I would love it if there were some summary printed after the entire command completed, such as: 5 updated, 3 still-running, 1 failed. Of course showing the applications that were still running would be a bonus.
