[Feature] Add dining categories to location objects

Description

The categories.ts file should be updated with new locations and new categories (the file is 6 years old; I just renamed it and changed it to a TypeScript file). Then, it should be added to the 'src' folder. The new categories could then be added to the location objects. The categories could be used as a way to form a dining category-based filter for CMUEats. Also, add the name of the location where the restaurant is (i.e. Gates, UC, etc.).
