Usage of sudo checkbox in hosts section is confusing

Describe the bug
Usage of sudo checkbox in hosts section is confusing.

To Reproduce
Checking "use Sudo" in the hosts configuration is not taken into account for commands. There a "sudo -S" is still required (as stated in the documentation).

Expected behavior
The selected host and authentication configuration including sudo usage should also be used for commands.
