Dataset compare using slider function

Enable a slider effect in GeoNode that allows for the comparison of two overlaying images.

I can see that the ability to do this quickly (e.g. in a few clicks) could be valuable. Note, however, that it's already possible within a couple of minutes via the "Maps" tab, which also provides a lot of additional options for combining and visualising layers, and then sharing visualisations with others.

Before implementing this, we need to prioritise development tasks for 2024. We can have a meeting soon after Easter.

This functionality is already in GeoNode, so there is no need to develop further.
