How to select for DateTimeUtc on specific date?

How to filter for records that happened on a specific date?

Currently I'm doing,

let seven_days_ago = (chrono::Utc::now() - Duration::days(7))
            .with_timezone(&TZ)
            .date_naive()
            .and_hms_opt(0, 0, 0)
            .unwrap();

let gt = seven_days_ago - Duration::days(1);
let lt = seven_days_ago + Duration::days(1);
        
 let results = match db::the_table::Entity::find()
            // Filter on an exact date in the most roundabout way imaginable...
            .filter(db::the_table::Column::DateTimeColumn.gt(gt))
            .filter(db::the_table::Column::DateTimeColumn.lt(lt))
            .all(db)
            .await?

If I was doing this with raw sql I'd be using some date_trunc but not sure what's best here.
