Doesn't run on new HOOBS 4.0 #37

Hi, recently updated to Hoobs 4.0 (Homebridge 1.3.4 and Node 14.17.2) and no matter what I do I can't get it to work.
Is it possible to update this plugin to the newest standards? Would be very appreciated and I'm willing to donate!

@SanderBaron Plugin just got updated and should work on new Node versions
