[Feature Request] Full Backup

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No problem, just wondering if there is a way or if you'd consider adding a "Full" backup.

Describe the solution you'd like
If I keep everything unchecked, the backup is only 1 KB or so, so I have to check everything for it to back up everything.

Ideally there would just be an option that said "full" or "partial" kind of like this...

Really sorry if there's a way and I just missed it!!! Haha.
