seldon-core-operator fails to install on Kubernetes 1.16

Tested on a Minikube Cluster, when running :

  helm upgrade --install \
   --namespace seldon-system \
    --repo https://storage.googleapis.com/seldon-charts \
   seldon seldon-core-operator

it fails with:

Whats the full version of kubernetes you are running? Which minor version number? 1.16.1?

There is an issue on 1.16.2 due to the fact that the Spartakus Dpeloyments needs updating to apps/v1 which is fixed by #1006
But apart from this a helm install works fine with latest from master then.
