The fluentd helm charts updated the syntax of their values.yaml resulting in our setup not reflecting the required changes to ensure the hostname is configured in the fluentd pods. We need to upgrade the fluentd-values.yaml and change the value - host: ... to - hosts: [...]

It would be good to also make part of 1.1.0 through patch or override
