Describe the bug

We do pin conda version

seldon-core/wrappers/s2i/python/Makefile

Line 5 in b7c89cd

CONDA_VERSION=4.7.12

that should be used by our pre-packaged server images but cor some reason

  • seldonio/mlflowserver:1.7.0 uses 4.9.2
  • seldonio/mlflowserver:1.8.0-dev uses 4.10.0

We should investigate why defined version is not respected and also check in other server images what version is used.
