[Dropdown] Multiple Select dropdown next to single select dropdown causes dropdown to shift when items are selected

I have 2 dropdowns, 1st one is a single selection, the one next to it is a multiple selection. When the user selects any item from the multiple select, it causes that dropdown to shift down, breaking the alignment from the 1st dropdown.
