What is the solution for including Ext.Boot in the main build file to maintain a workflow like this with CMD5 / ExtJS5 ? The guide on "multi-page applications" has been disappeared: http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?289766-5.0.1-Cmd-does-not-include-Ext.Boot-in-concatenated-file&p=1059563#post1059563

Also ExtJS's 5s dependency tree is so leaky that 900K is the smallest build you can make: http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?289221-leaky-dependency-tree
