Make a list of commands that compares what is available in prod/dev/local #13

Customer suggested: We should have a simple table listing which commands are available everywhere, which are only in production and which only in dev/local.

Actually we already have this page: https://seravo.com/docs/get-started/available-commands/

Maybe it just needs a bit of styling, updating contents etc? Once done @EddieFin could promote it in social media and our next developer newsletter.

The list has been updated to match the current available commands and our customers have been notified e.g. via Twitter. Commands have been categorized to match intended use and availablility:
