It is possible to move the cursor around in the console when programs don't display any output #24960

In the attached picture, you can see the cursor located in the "w" letter of Downloads.

This is achieved by pressing the up arrow, and then the right arrow repeatedly while the output is frozen.

For comparison, in Konsole, the output corresponds to the ANSI escape codes, instead of moving the input indicator around.
