I noticed that before it starts Nightmare, the character only goes to Act 5.
Is there any way to fix it finishes both act 4 and act 5 ? thank you

This is not an issue regarding leveling it is a gear issue. The A5 run holds the most chance of higher ilvl in normal games therefor only a5 will be run as you need better gear to proceed to nightmare (resistances).
