7TV causes kick.com to crash in brave browser

Current Behavior

kick.com crashes when I install the 7TV extension. i have no idea why. this problem has been there for the last 2.5 - 3 weeks.
(my Brave browser is up to date. browser version [1.75.178 Chromium: 133.0.6943.98] ) (Uninstalling and reinstalling 7TV does not work. Having 7TV installed in my chrome browser does not cause any problems.) (Using 7TV nightly causes the same problem) (Versions; 7TV 3.0.9 and 7TV Nightly 3.0.15.1000 nightly)

Expected Behavior

Being able to access kick.com with the 7TV extension installed in the brave browser

Steps To Reproduce

Go to the Chrome Web Store from the brave browser and download any 7TV extension
