[Suggestion] Enhance Console Output

Perhaps add like a simple drop down menu with check boxes to the console, that would allow fine tuning what kind of messages get printed to it.

As an example, this could be used to add additional (optional) console prints, about things like automatic file conversion which aren't always necessary to see, but could come in handy when needed.
Could perhaps be expanded to function as a "debug level selection", to fine tune the amount and type of console messages.

To make reading the console slightly easier, it would be good to color code the output based on what it represents. Ideally, colorblind friendly options are used to handle red/green and blue/yellow.
