This feature already exists in 0.6 ++. You can wrap a part of your text file in {ignore} ... {/ignore} tags and everything inside will NOT be executed.
You can also have tags with freeze=true, that will not be executed, which gives you control for each and every tag.
This is useful to show documentation files about TwoFold, without executing the examples. Also useful to protect a sensitive document, to make sure TwoFold won't execute anything inside a part of the document.
Question about naming:
ignore ?
protect ?
freeze / frozen ?
lock / locked ?
something else ??
