作者你好，你给的例子中只有3个样本，使用该包可以正常出结果，但是样本涉及几百个的时候，会报错error protect protection stack overflow，请问您在实际应用过程怎么解决这个问题呢

我没遇到过这种问题。我之前按cancer type 跑过所有样本的数据，也没有出现过这种问题。
