Hello there,
it seems that the CI is only running mobile tests by default. We would like to also monitor the desktop perfomance.

Is this planned as a feature? Are PRs welcome here?

PRs are absolutely welcome :)

In here, we hardcode most the lighthouse-ci configuration so that we can set the puppeteer script and some defaults.
