LiquidView does not work in rails 4 (and not so sure about 3.2) - as rails rendering stack was refactored

LiquidView will be removed in liquid 3.0, see issue #21.

If anyone else wants to support using liquid in this way, then I would suggest creating a liquid-view gem with the fixed code to work with newer versions of rails.
