VSCode Code Action Imports not Working

Issue:

VSCode imports code actions do not work in this project and its incredibly challenging to understand why. I follow the javascript framework and it generates a proper tsconfig so I cant see the issue.

Steps to Recreate

• Create a new remix app javascript
• Add QRCode.server.js
• Try to import a package using vscodes auto import
