why not enable collapsing tab spaces that way sometimes user might want to have a quick way to maximize a tab space view without changes to the spaces just minimize and maximize maybe by double click on the space tab bar what do you think?

I think using the ctrl F10 / f11 shortcuts may be disorienting to the user yes he will get a single tab space zoomed but will lose the following advantages:
Geo-spacial memory orientation lost since only a single tab space will be full in the browser without showing any other tab spaces.
loss of control over having still more than one open tab space a user may have 4 tab spaces and wants to collapse only 2 for example...
I think users would prefer a visual way to collapse and expand the tab spaces instead of using keyboard shortcuts...
