Balances / Pool - Infinite loading when Keplr wallet is not connected to Sifchain DEX network

Action Performed:
Prerequisite: Keplr extension installed but not connected to Sifchain DEX network.

1. Go to https://devnet.sifchain.finance/?_env=testnet
2. Do not approve any network connect request for Keplr.
   3.a) Go to Balances.
   3.b) Go to Pool.

Expected Result:
a) Balances page loads correctly showing the list of available tokens or showing a message to indicate that there isn't any token available.
b) Pool page loads showing the info of any existing pools in the network.

Actual Result:
Balances page loads partially but the Balances main section remains in infinite loading status with a text saying "Loading Balances".
The issue stops happening when "Show all available" trigger is set to ON.

Pool page doesn't load anything but an infinite loading animation.

Additional Info:
This issue looks similar to previously reported bug 5451669, but then Balances and other pages except for Rewards loaded correctly when Keplr wasn't yet connected.
