Allow PromQL and QB to create dashboard variables

Currently, we support only writing Clickhouse SQL queries which is inconvenient to write. Enabling promql will also help in importing Grafana dashboards

Select distinct operation is the only relevant aggregation?
Remove groupby clause too? Only the where clause is needed?
