Version 2.2.0 released

Hi all,

I just released SensESP v2.2.0. Notable changes:

• Signal K websocket management now runs in a FreeRTOS task of its own, meaning that none of those network operations no longer block the main task, meaning that the program execution is not interrupted while the Signal K connection is being established. This allows for, say, simultaneous transmitting of data to both Signal K and NMEA 2000, or collection and processing of data while the SK connection is down.
• Signal K access token validity checking was broken. As a result, SensESP could never tell whether a token was invalidated, and could get stuck in a loop, trying to authenticate with a bad token forever. This has now been fixed.
