Stratton

A distributed scraper for financial news, written in Go

The world of investing can be a jungle. Bulls, bears, danger at every turn. That’s why we at Stratton pride our self on being the best. Trained professionals to guide you through the financial wilderness. Stratton. Stability, integrity, pride.

Purpose

“If anyone over here thinks I’m superficial or materialistic, go get a job at McDonald’s because that’s where you belong.”

I plan for Stratton to detect news of mergers, acquisitions, and other market events in almost real-time and then generate trading signals.

Another use for Stratton is to generate data to train a machine learning model on.
