I'd like to be able to say that I want 600 lbs of Fruit (Category) then I'd like to be able to decided how much of the 600 lbs will be peaches, pears etc. I'd like to be able to do this on the category page and not have to go from fruit to fruit, trying to decide how much to ration for each.
