Status of Simon

As you've probably noticed there hasn't been much movement here lately. Unfortunately, there has been a personal tragedy that I've been dealing with on top of general busy-ness that has left me a bit drained when it comes to working on Raccoony. I do want to come back to it, but this is a hobby project for me, and while I've appreciated the folks that have approached me about donating money to the project, there's just no way that I could make such a niche thing like this work as a full-time gig--nor would I want to; I appreciate the stability my full-time job provides.

As always, I welcome the contributions of volunteers to this project; for me the main thing I've been lacking is time, so code contributions do a lot to keep this project going. I'd especially like to thank @Eupeptic1 for his help with various bugfixes and work over the past few years.

Anyway, sorry I don't have better news, but I'd rather be up front about this sort of thing.

I am very slowly getting back into the swing of working on this. My day job has been rather tumultuous lately which had sapped a lot of motivation, but I'm hoping to get back to working on Raccoony semi-regularly soon. Thanks for your patience.
