There is "Calibrate Audio Offset" option in default stepmania theme.

It nice to have this option in Simply Love theme, because, now a lot of users use ITGMania instead of default stepmania.

ITGMania is bundled with only SimplyLove theme (_fallback theme does not work btw, itgmania crashes without simplylove).

As quick workaround, I took default theme from stepmania 5.1 and put it in itgmania, switched theme, synced machine, switched back.

Having option to enter "Calibrate Audio Offset" directly from SL5 will make life much easier.
