"Handle minimal ScanSettings.xml as required by eSCL specification" breaks scanning

After commit e49b8b3, both Android Mopria and Linux Document Scanner can no longer scan any documents on my Samsung SCX-4521F.

Reverting the commit makes scanning working again.

Thanks for the notifcation! I only tested on macOS and Windows so far. Windows is broken as well, macOS works.
I'll fix that ASAP.

By the way, this version works fine for me on Windows 10. No issues with scanning whatsoever.
