Using step/with stmt data also resets the statement and so it is not possible to write code like:

stmt: prepare db "SELECT * FROM Table WHERE Name LIKE ?"
while [row: step/with stmt ["A%"]][ ;; currently this will process just the first row!
    probe row
]

There must be a new command (bind), which would bind data with the statement, before using the step (and only once, because above code would try to bind the data on each row!).
