slicer.dicomDatabase is sometimes not initialized while indexing input DICOM #356

As reported by Pedro, see attached.

I had the problem loading the dicom images in slicertracker again today.
There were no preop images and when I received the intraop images I got the error showed in the attached file.

I opened slicer in another user and it did work well (the other user had a problem with deepinfer, but i made it work).

Do you have any idea what is causing this error?

It’s just a guess, but sometimes Slicer messes up the initialization of its DICOMDatabase at the startup.

Happened only in 1/100 cases or so.
