Dear Team,
I used a lot your module Segment Registration in 2022 to match segments from segmentations and be able to calculate the DICE score for reproducibility questions.
I tried installing the module today, and it does not seem to work anymore. The module is very long when it does not crash the computer and the "rigid" option cannot be checked again (picture attached).

Do you know where the issue might come from ?
Best regards,
Aurélie Sarcher

The module is not actively maintained nor regularly tested. Probably it has stopped working due to some API change in Slicer. Someone will need to look into it. Can you provide what appears in the Python console? Just to have an idea what happens. Thanks!

This is the image after loading the segmentations :

From the beginning the rigid option is not clickable, and when lauching the registration, it just lags a lot.
This is actually very weird, but I just got it to work, however I don't know how... Now after it worked it allows me to redo the registration and check rigid, whereas it did not allow me at the beginning.
This is the console after these steps :

Still something is not right because the registration does not seem to fit as it used to in 2022:

Thank you for your help !
Best
Aurélie
