[1.10.2] redstone_ore

Hello guy's,
im so sorry if u think im a noob but i have a little problem :D

i tweaked the "minecraft:redstone_ore"=2 to "minecraft:redstone_ore"=1
but if it lit's up (so i think it changes the NBT-tag) i cant harvest the redstone ore until it stops to lit up.
can someone help me to fix this?

i add some other lines like this, but they wont work :(
