For use on a ship or anything moving.

  1. Implement new bodyPart "playspace".
  2. The user can assign a tracker as "playspace" and put it on the moving ground
  3. Just rotate the trackers' rotation by the tracker that has the role "playspace"

I would also use this. As a marina liveaboard I use VR daily from a boat that occasionally moves a little. I would happily obtain an additional sensor to mount to the boat if this were possible.
