The main reason is to access to private resources from the runners.
We'd also like to share the Dagger cache volume.

A brief status update: Work in progress here.

  • The self hosted runners are now provisioned
  • I'm facing an issue regarding filesystem permissions which is discussed here.
  • We need to consider security issues, maybe adding a Cilium network policy.
