Can not turn off the CPU cores #145

I tried to use SmartPack to turn off the cpu, but it won't work in android 12 (It will automatically turn on again

So I went to another app, and it worked:

it may uses magisk

Can you have a look at that app's code, and make a copy to make this feature work again?
