Problem Installing Packages in TRE

I tried to install Spyder and Jupyter Notebook in a TRE Workspace using:
conda install -c conda-forge jupyter
conda install -c conda-forge spyder

for both it gives the following error:

An HTTP error occurred when trying to retrieve this URL.
HTTP errors are often intermittent, and a simple retry will get you on your way.

Could you please add these to the channel?

It looks like there's a problem with the proxy, maybe due to a change in how the main conda-forge servers are configured? I've had a look but I can't figure out the problem, a colleague is also going to have a look.
