Refreshbutton not enabling after disabling #48

The refreshbutton in the menu is not enabled after it has been disabled. It's being disabled when there are now widgets to show, and the "Start Page Widget" is shown. This can be triggered by diabling all widgets, go back to widgets. Then enable a few widgets and you can see that the refresh button is disabled.
