Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Recently, I recommended to an Elasticsuite Premium user to close some behavioral indices (instead of removing them) to temporarily gain some performance in the recommender related features.

Those indices (tracking log event and tracking log session) were then indicated on the user Admin backend incorrectly as "Rebuilding".
Locally, on my environment, those indices are flagged as "undefined".

Describe the solution you'd like
The indices that are not considered as External should display a "Closed / Fermé" instead of "Undefined" or "Rebuilding" when they are closed.
Since it is not possible to read the statistics of those indices individually reading the number of documents and the size should be skipped.
