Restore container asure used the wrong secret

The secret is deployed under a new name : project-access-key (in place of azure-project-volume)

The script should be updated too.

For the CDTN project, you can find this secret in the namespace cdtn, env prod, secret cdtnadminprod-access-key.

It's a breaking change at many levels...
We need to hack this in some way as this namespace is missing another mandatory secret in production to make the script run and output on the dev volume...
