For csv bank statements: training does not work because donor key cannot be determined #15

the csv file does not contain the bank account number of the donor.
therefore it is difficult to recognise the donor in https://github.com/SolidCharity/OpenPetraPlugin_Bankimport/blob/master/Server/Matching.cs#L138

is it possible to match the donor name against the description of the transaction?
