Describe the bug
The Kamus controller getting OOM killed every few hours.

Versions used
Kamus (API images): 0.9.0.7

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start the controller, wait few hours.

Expected behavior
The controller should not have memory leak

We also notice memory leak in the controller. Anything blocking the fix from being merged?
