Support for Sonarqube 7.9 #3

I am working on an updated version for sonarqube 7.9. Would there be anyone to review, merge and release it?

Thats what i did so far:

Drop old plugin translations
Updated pom.xml and classes
drop old german translations for old versions
WIP: match current sonar-core translation file (boring task, might still take some days)
