more control on beans construction/dumping

I think it would be useful to be able "easy" :) 
- config type of the property
- config property read/write access
- config types for Collections, Maps
- control instance creation for the type
- control instance creation for the property
- control property setting

It would be even better if most of the mentioned things could be loaded from 
some config.yaml file :)

Let's see if we will find some easy way to do it :)

Hope to have some examples there when something is working. 

If we find it worth to have - we merge it to master.
