there was a problem with exporting MapInfo file

Hi,I have a problem with exporting MapInfo file（MIF). When I finish exporting MapInfo file, there was only one MIF file, and the MIF file cannot be identified in the FME toolbox in ArcGIS. I think there missing a MID format file, because MapInfo files should consist of MIF and MID files. So, how to solve the problem(I use the depthmapx0.8.0)

I found the *mid file with this name "depthmapX-0.mid" at the root folder where DepthMap X 0.8.0 is located. Note if the "mid" file has the same date as the "mif" file, and rename then with the same name.
