Discord doesn't have a reliable way to set default notification volume. Can this be changed? Or maybe custom notif sounds.
By default they are quite loud, but if you set app volume to low, voice calls get quiet too. With vanilla client it is somewhat possible to set notification volume thru windows' 10-11 sound mixer. But it resets now and then and Webcord is detected as one audio source by the system.
Suggestions
Volume slider for all or for every separate notification type.
Or a way to load your own notification sounds instead of defaults (.mp3 or .ogg), so we could make our own "quiet" ones.

+1 for an excellent suggestion.
Beside the quality of life improvement, this can also be considered an accessibility feature. Just being able to change away from the default notification noise so you don't get PTSD from every video/audio playing it would be a blessing. ICQ uh-oh anyone?
It's now late November 2024, the current Webcord version is 4.10.2.
