[Prealpha] Obsidian Assessment Type Detail always shows Valid Duration as 0 on new assessment types

Description

On the new Obsidian Assessment Type Detail block, any new assessment types added always show the Valid Duration value as 0. I checked against the webforms block, and the old block seems to prefill that value as 730. I can't find any detail in the code as to what that value impacts, and it isn't exposed on block itself to actually adjust. All the core assessment types have a Valid Duration value of 730.

Actual Behavior

New assessments Valid Duration value are set to 0 without the ability to change it.

Expected Behavior

I would expect that the valid duration be either exposed in the interface for the administrator to adjust or at the very least match the default value the core assessments are set to.

Steps to Reproduce

• Go to the prealpha site
• Go to Admin Tools > Settings, and search for assessments
• Click on Assessment Types
• Create a new Assessment Type (I copy/pasted values from an assessment we created to test)

• Save the new assessment
• Note that the Valid Duration is 0

Issue Confirmation

• Perform a search on the Github Issues to see if your bug or enhancement is already reported.
• Reproduced the problem on a fresh install or on the demo site.
